Wellbeing assessments for your workplace

Understand how your people are doing — and what to do next

A healthy organisation starts with healthy people. Our Workplace Wellbeing Assessments help organisations gain a clear picture of employee wellbeing across mental, emotional, social and organisational dimensions. Backed by research and expert guidance, our assessments offer real insight into your team’s experience — so you can build a workplace where people thrive. Our Workplace Wellbeing Assessments provide a comprehensive view of wellbeing in the workplace, helping you identify key factors that affect employee wellness and engagement.

Our Workplace Wellbeing Assessments are suitable for:

  • Small, medium, and large organisations
  • Corporate, public sector, and non-profit workplaces
  • Teams working on-site, remotely or in hybrid models

Why should we assess employee wellbeing?

Increased stress, burnout, low morale and high turnover all affect organisational performance. Prioritising wellness in the workplace reduces stress, burnout and turnover while boosting staff engagement and building psychological safety at work. When you identify the critical workplace factors that impact your people’s wellbeing and performance the most, you can take targeted steps to:

  • prevent psychological harm by eliminating and mitigating key risk factors
  • reduce absenteeism and presenteeism
  • support mental health and psychological safety
  • build a stronger, more connected workplace culture.

Our wellbeing assessments provide the data and clarity you need to act with confidence.

What we offer

We offer two types of Workplace Wellbeing Assessments – our Wellbeing Assessment (long-version) and our Wellbeing Pulse (short-version). Both surveys are designed by our psychologists and include validated measures to ensure we gather reliable and accurate results.

Our easy-to-complete online surveys cover key psychosocial hazards at work and wellbeing indicators and outcomes. Both surveys have the following benefits:

  • Individuals receive instant access to personal dashboards summarising their results and access to our online library of curated, practical psychological resources.
  • Organisations receive a comprehensive report with expert analysis and evidence-based, strategic recommendations to address key areas of concern and improve employee wellbeing.
  • We take people’s privacy seriously. Data is collected under the NZ Privacy Act 2020. We keep individuals’ responses confidential and do not share them with the employer (or anyone else).

Wellbeing Assessment (long-version)

Our 15-minute Wellbeing Assessment is designed for organisations wanting a comprehensive understanding of psychosocial risks, protective factors, and outcomes of employee wellbeing and performance. Key measures include high workload, poor organisational change management, exposure to bullying and harassment, psychological safety, presenteeism, non-work challenges, health and habits, and more.

Recommended for organisations gathering baseline data to inform their health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives and strategies. Also suitable for annual checks to track changes and trends over time, to ensure initiatives are relevant and up-to-date.

Wellbeing Pulse (short-version)

Our 5-minute Wellbeing Pulse is a short but powerful survey designed for organisations that have existing baseline data, or those seeking regular, proactive, pulse checks between annual assessments. Key measures include all of the key psychosocial risk factors, individual resilience, organisational support for wellbeing, and a focus on wellbeing and psychological distress as core outcomes.

Powerful on its own too, many of our clients opt for the Wellbeing Pulse – if your people are short on time, but you still want to support your people.

Customised surveys

We understand that every organisation is unique and employees may face different work challenges or situations, that may not be covered comprehensively in our Workplace Wellbeing Assessments.

Our team of psychologists and wellbeing specialists can collaborate with you to design and develop, a custom, bespoke survey to suit your unique needs and measure the factors that matter.

We offer an integrated range of services alongside our Workplace

  • reviewing your current wellbeing programme, policies and practices.
  • developing your wellbeing strategy and implementation plan.
