Organisational Change Workshops

Supporting your people through change with practical wellbeing tools and expert guidance.

Change is a normal part of the world of work, but it can be challenging for all of us. Restructures, mergers, leadership shifts or new ways of working can create uncertainty, stress and disengagement if not managed well.

Our workshops help organisations support staff through change in a healthy, practical way, through strengthening resilience, building trust and maintaining workplace wellbeing during times of transition.

Why organisational change support matters

Organisational change can have a significant impact on employees’ mental health, morale and productivity. Without the right support, teams can experience:

  • increased stress and burnout
  • drop in motivation and performance
  • higher absenteeism and turnover
  • poorer workplace culture and engagement

Providing proactive support through change shows your people they are valued, it builds trust and helps your organisation adapt more smoothly. Our organisational change management training helps teams navigate uncertainty with confidence.

Our workshop sessions

Change readiness

Designed for: All staff or leaders

  • Online or in-person
  • Format: Introductory training (60-90 minutes)

Our aim is to create a space to help people reflect on their own and other people’s varied responses to change during uncertain times. A well-accepted model, the Kübler-Ross Change Curve, is used to help understand reactions and feelings in relation to change.

In addition to understanding and normalising responses to change, there is an emphasis on adaptability. In this session, we focus on three evidence-based wellbeing strategies that can help individuals to build their readiness to change and adapt more quickly and successfully.

The leaders’ version acknowledges the vital role they play in supporting their teams and organisations during change. It encourages reflection around leaders’ own responses to change as well as that of their team members. Leaders can expect to learn practical strategies to facilitate their own adjustment and how to apply these strategies with their teams.

Practical wellbeing strategies include:

  • Managing your mindset
  • Adopting a compassionate stance to support yourself and others
  • Focusing on what you can control
