We work with individuals and family/whānau across all ages, from children to older people, offering tailored support plans that focus on your goals and quality of life. Our services are available fully funded through ACC (where eligible) or as a privately paid option for faster, flexible access.

What do our specialised breathing services include?

Geneva Wellbeing’s experienced team of respiratory physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses and wellbeing coaches work alongside you to create a personalised plan that may include:

Respiratory assessment and monitoring

Breathing retraining and rehabilitation

How our service works

  • Referral or enquiry. You can be referred by ACC, your GP or self-refer as a private client.
  • Assessment. We’ll carry out an initial comprehensive respiratory assessment, in your home or online.
  • Personalised plan. We design a plan that matches your goals, condition and lifestyle.
  • Ongoing support.  We deliver one-on-one sessions, education and progress reviews, adjusting your plan as needed.

Early respiratory assessment is key to identifying risks and improving breathing function. Our team uses proven tools to monitor progress and adjust care plans for lasting results.

Funding options

ACC funded. If your breathing difficulties are related to an injury, accident or ACC-accepted condition, our respiratory services may be fully funded by ACC. Ask your GP or ACC case manager for a referral.
Private pay. You can choose to pay privately at any time for faster, flexible access with no waiting list.
