I am a practising physiotherapist with 21 years’ experience working in neurology, vestibular/balance rehabilitation and musculoskeletal settings. These experiences combined with psychological approaches enable me to practise as a holistic practitioner, who is always striving to provide a high standard of care for my clients.
My interests are in vestibular/balance rehabilitation and I see clients under the concussion services; where I incorporate neuro-visual exercises along with balance exercises. In the field of musculoskeletal injuries, my passions are shoulder and lumbar spine related injuries, where I utilise the McKenzie method for assessment and treatment.
