eLearning programmes for leaders and all staff

We design our eLearning programmes to cater for flexible learning and schedules. Our bite-sized online learning is self-paced and engaging, developed by psychologists and wellbeing experts using clinical experience, expertise and best-practice research in the wellbeing and mental health sciences.

As an optional add-on, our eLearning programmes also include a short, facilitated group session with a clinical psychologist to enrich and embed the online learning (minimum numbers required).

Our flexible eLearning for employees empowers teams to develop critical wellbeing skills at any time, making staff eLearning both accessible and effective.

Short online courses and brief group sessions (optional add-on) provide the flexibility to build and maintain new and existing wellbeing skills to better face the challenges of everyday life.
  • Evidence-based practical lessons. Learn how to apply practical strategies for improving your wellbeing, and that of others, by developing new healthy habits, while recognising and building on existing strengths.
  • Strengthens bicultural awareness. We have used Te Whare Tapa Whā as our guiding model, as well as drawing on the most up-to-date wellbeing science and psychological research, with a particular emphasis on collective wellbeing.
