Supporting your people through change with practical wellbeing tools and expert guidance.
Change is a normal part of the world of work, but it can be challenging for all of us. Restructures, mergers, leadership shifts or new ways of working can create uncertainty, stress and disengagement if not managed well.
Our workshops help organisations support staff through change in a healthy, practical way, through strengthening resilience, building trust and maintaining workplace wellbeing during times of transition.
Organisational change can have a significant impact on employees’ mental health, morale and productivity. Without the right support, teams can experience:
Providing proactive support through change shows your people they are valued, it builds trust and helps your organisation adapt more smoothly. Our organisational change management training helps teams navigate uncertainty with confidence.
Our organisational change workshops are for:
Our change workshops are designed to help teams and leaders manage change well. Sessions are interactive, practical and responsive to group needs on the day. They can include:
Workshops can be run as one-off sessions, a series, or combined with individual coaching or follow-up support.
Designed for: All staff or leaders
Our aim is to create a space to help people reflect on their own and other people’s varied responses to change during uncertain times. A well-accepted model, the Kübler-Ross Change Curve, is used to help understand reactions and feelings in relation to change.
In addition to understanding and normalising responses to change, there is an emphasis on adaptability. In this session, we focus on three evidence-based wellbeing strategies that can help individuals to build their readiness to change and adapt more quickly and successfully.
The leaders’ version acknowledges the vital role they play in supporting their teams and organisations during change. It encourages reflection around leaders’ own responses to change as well as that of their team members. Leaders can expect to learn practical strategies to facilitate their own adjustment and how to apply these strategies with their teams.
Practical wellbeing strategies include:

This session draws on the science of wellbeing and provides participants with a framework to understand and manage mental health and wellbeing, as well as useful tools to apply.
Practical strategies include:
Designed for: Leaders
This session is specifically designed for people leaders facing these challenges. It aims to get leaders to reflect on both their individual wellbeing, as well as the wellbeing of their teams.
