Sexual Harassment Support Training for Leaders

This workshop is for leaders and covers how to support team members who have been exposed to sexual harassment from clients or members of the public in the course of their work. This two-hour workshop covers:

• The impact of sexual harassment on people (and normalising responses)
• Recognise signs that an employee may have experienced harassment or abuse
• Trauma-informed approaches and how to listen and respond appropriately when an employee discloses inappropriate behaviour
• How to provide immediate and ongoing support to affected staff
• Clarifying reporting procedures
